The query workshop is drawing to a close. I had so much fun doing this! I just want to thank all of the brave workshop participants as well as the people who added their comments. Also, based on some questions I got during the workshop, I wrote a blog post at YAtopia today about what agents want from a query letter. There’s a lot of conflicting advice out there so how do you write a query that will appeal to all of the differing opinions? Well… it’s simpler than you think.
