I don't think a single item on my own list was physical. Maybe because of all the moving I've done in, and after, college. It's pretty bare-essentials already, except for clothes and books, and both are practical for keeping! I like Leigh Caron's philosophy that you're simply making room for more in your life. I think when you move to NYC or Chicago you'll be able to walk / subway most places in your comfortable shoes, and you'll automatically lose weight (David got Stygian briefly). Dust won't even have time to settle before you're out the door again. Called out on #7!

I had no idea about the job. That blows. On trinkets: OH YES. I have never been big on seasonal decor, either, but people like to give me trinkets. They mean well. And it's a big, emotional Thing to throw away a trinket from someone else. Even when it's totally not a fit for me. As for lotion and etc.: Damn the buy-three-get-three-free sale. Damn it! Some days, I just want to throw it all away and restart, only bringing things back into my life that I use. I do have a few things, though, I could never part with as they remind me of being a little kid or of my family/friends (stuffed dog named Ralph, Nana's silverwear, etc).
